Once your order is confirmed and processed:For gold orders, the gold will be sent directly to your in-game mailbox.
For boosting services, one of our booster representatives will contact you in-game shortly to begin the service.

Gold Orders
All gold purchases are non-refundable once the order has been placed and processed. Please ensure your character name, server, and faction are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot issue refunds for incorrect information.
Boosting Services
Boosting service orders are refundable only if the service cannot be delivered due to issues on our side (e.g., the booster cannot complete the task or reach your character in-game).
If the boost is attempted and fails due to factors beyond our control (e.g., incorrect character info or unavailability), the order is not eligible for a refund.
